Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation and Payment
A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX. To confirm all bookings, a minimum deposit of 1 night's accommodation is required. The final balance of your accommodation and extras will be due at check-in, unless otherwise arranged. Losari Retreat reserves the right to charge the credit card for no-show reservations and cancellations within the 14-day period.
Packages
Spa treatments and villa-chef services must be pre-booked at the time of reservation. Failure to provide time/date preferences for these bookings may result in our inability to secure the desired services. These services are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to secure a booking for these amenities during your stay, the corresponding price will be deducted from the final balance, and you will be promptly notified.
Rates
All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional charges apply for extra adults at $150.00 per night for children under 17 at $50.00 per night staying in the 2-bedroom villas only. Infants (under 24 months) stay for free. Cots can be arranged for an additional fee of $50.00. Peak season rates apply during Western Australian public holidays, Christmas, Easter, and other predetermined dates.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Guests arriving after 4:00 pm must notify Reception. Travel directions and late arrival information will be sent to ensure a smooth check-in process. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out fees will apply to any guests checking out after 10:00 am, unless a late check-out has been approved by management.
ACCOMMODATION CHARGES
All accommodation charges must be settled upon check–in. A valid credit card must be provided during check-in and will be securely stored on our system for incidentals and damage charges.
CONDUCT
Guests are expected to respect the comfort and privacy of other guests.
There is a strict NO PARTY POLICY. Excessive noise after 10:00pm or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction.
Smoking is permitted outside only with the villa door closed.
Losari Retreat management reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation or to remove a guest if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Each villa is equipped for a specific number of guests. The Lakehouse and Botanica Spa Villas are designed to accommodate 2 guests, while the Garden Spa Villas can accommodate 4 guests. It is not permitted to exceed the designated capacity of each villa. The use of additional mattresses, tents, caravans, or exceeding the allotted number of cars is strictly prohibited.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Losari Retreat shall not be liable to any Guest for any loss, damage or destruction to any property brought upon these premises by the Guest.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay.
Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
OTHER CHARGES
The Guest shall be responsible for all charges, including accommodation costs and additional expenses, as well as the replacement of items and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the villa and its contents. This includes, but is not limited to:
Robes - A fee of $50 per robe will be charged for any damage or loss.
Spa damage - A fee of $100 or equivalent to the maintenance costs, if it exceeds $100, will be charged.
Villa contents - The cost of the item will be charged in the event of damage or loss.
The Guest is personally liable for payment of the account and agrees that any additional charges for services not billed by the time of departure will be added to their account for settlement.
Guests staying less than 4 nights will incur a charge of $50 for a changeover of linen and $30 for a towel changeover. A mid-stay room service, which includes new towels, is offered to guests staying for 4 nights or more.
If new bedding is required due to any reason, a charge of $50 will be incurred.
AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
No refunds will be given for early departures, cancelled nights or accommodation changes after the guest has checked in.
Cancellation Policy
We understand circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel your reservation. Should this occur, a non-refundable admin fee of $50.00 will be applicable to all cancellations. For a full refund less the admin fee, we require 14 days’ notice of cancellation and 30 days in all peak periods. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged in full for those nights. Losari Retreat reserve the right to charge the credit card (used to secure the booking) for cancellations that fall inside the 14-day window. However, if we can resell the nights in question, you will only be charged the deposit payment. Please note that any change in dates or alterations to bookings will be treated as a cancellation. If Losari Retreat is unable to honour your reservation due to acts of Natural Disasters, Emergencies, Pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond Losari Retreat's control, any monies already paid will be eligible for a 12-month credit.
